Ky Abortion Transfer Agreement Requirement Upheld by 6th Circuit

ABORTION CLINIC TRANSFER AGREEMENTS LAW IS CONSTITUTIONAL!
The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned the decision of U.S District Court Judge Gregory N. Stivers and uphelp the 1998 Ky law requiring abortion clinics to have an agreement with a nearby hospital.

Judge Stivers had sided with the EMW and Planned Parenthood $10,000+/day abortion businesses in striking down the 1998 Kentucky statute requiring facilities performing abortions to have an agreement with a nearby hospital to accept patients in case of complications from abortions.

Judge Stivers said the safety requirement was an undue burden on the killing of pre-born, not-yet-viable children.
